  • Building on the successful track record of its management team, including senior executives from Marriott International, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Rosewood Hotels and Resorts  and Rockresorts, Unique Hotels’ mission is to deliver above average returns for investors by acquiring underperforming or distressed hotel properties and re-positioning them as either independent properties or re-flagging them as branded hotels.
  • To accomplish this mission, Unique Hotels will team up with prominent hotel operators, architects, designers and restaurateurs to create one-of-a kind, unique properties.
  • By acquiring hotel assets on the current down slope of the real estate cycle, investors will benefit from the value created as the market returns to a more normal growth cycle as well as from operational improvements as a result of re-positioning the hotels.
  •  Unique Hotels has acquired and re-developed hotels and resorts that have achieved high market penetration within a short period of time. Substantial investment value has been created for investors through acquisition of specific assets and reinventing them through creative design and delivering quality service standards along with a robust marketing and distribution system.  The average IRR for our investors has exceeded 20%.
